Reminders fire while the app is open or recently active.
Charts for exercises you're measuring — hold times, weights, bands, reps. Turn tracking on for any exercise in Plan → Edit → Track performance.
For reminders to work on iPhone, you must Add this app to your Home Screen in Safari first (Share → Add to Home Screen), then open it from there.
Unlike the browser reminders above, these are sent from your Supabase project and arrive even when the app is fully closed. They escalate: a gentle ping at the scheduled time, then firmer nudges until you mark the item done. Requires Cloud Sync (below) and, on iPhone, iOS 16.4+ with the app added to your Home Screen.
No pushes are sent between these times.
By default everything stays local-only on this device. Leave these blank unless you want to sync across devices.
