    Notifications

    For reminders to work on iPhone, you must Add this app to your Home Screen in Safari first (Share → Add to Home Screen), then open it from there.

    ⚠️ Browser reminders aren't fully reliable: a phone web app can only fire reminders while it's open or recently in the background. iOS may delay or drop them when the app has been closed a while. Treat them as helpful nudges, not guaranteed alarms — when you reopen the app it shows you anything you missed.

    Push reminders (closed-app)

    Unlike the browser reminders above, these are sent from your Supabase project and arrive even when the app is fully closed. They escalate: a gentle ping at the scheduled time, then firmer nudges until you mark the item done. Requires Cloud Sync (below) and, on iPhone, iOS 16.4+ with the app added to your Home Screen.

    No pushes are sent between these times.

    By default everything stays local-only on this device. Leave these blank unless you want to sync across devices.

    🔒 Your data is protected by row-level security and a login. The anon key alone can't read or write anything — you must sign in. See SETUP-AUTH.md for the one-time Supabase setup.
